Project Overview In the background, the 3 acre Phase I is shown with its baseball field and in-line hockey rinks, parking and lighting. As a result of this and several other successful projects, we were asked to negotiate the 20 acre Phase II shown in the foreground. AJI was selected because of our proven abilities and the Owner's need to open the facility the following Spring. Project Highlights: Starting from vacant land, over-lot grading, utilities, soil stabilization, paving, concession buildings, sports field lighting, ball-field installation, landscaping and irrigation created this state-of-the-art sports complex on time and on budget. AJI was also the selected contractor for the approximately 1700 square foot building featuring commercial concessions, restrooms and architecturally unique roof lines.
