Sports Landscape #1 Broomfield Industrial Sports Complex Phase I & II Broomfield, CO. These projects represent the type of successful facility AJI can deliver. Competitively bid, Phase I involved baseball, inline and basketball venues with associated site development. Based on that result, the client chose to negotiate Phase II with AJI, knowing the project would be completed on time and budget. Phase II required additional site work including soil stabilization, major utilities, a complete sports complex featuring a Colorado Field of Dreams and thirty acres of landscaping. |
Sports Landscape #2 Auraria Athletic Fields Denver, CO. Giving visual relief to the Denver environment surrounding the historic Tivoli Brewery, AJI built from scratch three prescription sand-based soccer fields, a softball field and two time NCAA Division II Field of the Year for the Metro State Roadrunners. Built on the site of the old Denver trolley horse stables, AJI met numerous challenges completing the fields in time for the competitive seasons. |
Sports Landscape #3 Bison Park Castle Rock, CO. Built as a joint use facility between the city and school district, this Community Park features two regulation synthetic turf soccer fields, four tennis courts, a play ground and monumental play sculptures. There are also restrooms and several park shelters. The community has quickly adopted the park, as it has become a focal point for many community activities. |
